Kinesiology foundation course levels 1-6

Everything covered in each of the 6 modules is designed to be of practical application and value from day one. You can use these practical and exciting techniques safely on your family, children and friends with great effect straight away.


The course gives you a wonderful variety of techniques in all the realms to work with the root causes whether they are Emotional, Chemical, Physical or Energetically based. Kinesiology works with the whole person, is non-intrusive and very effective quickly.


If you are already qualified in another modality you will be able to add Kinesiology onto your practitioners insurance and integrate all that you learn on the Foundation Course to further benefit your clients. Kinesiology is compatible and enhances all other therapies.

After completion of the 6 weekends, homework and case studies, your certificate of completion from the Kinesiology Association will be issued. Students may then apply for the Diploma training course and qualify as a registered Kinesiologist, approved and backed by the Kinesiology Association.

Learn to use muscle testing as a diagnostic tool

The supraspinatus muscle - Improve physical/mental fatigue and alertness

Kinesiology Level 5

Wrist balance - Improve repetitive strain and wrist injuries by fixing the Supinator, Opponens Pollicis Longus, Brachioradialis and Pronator Teres muscles on the wrist

Shoulder muscles - Learn to test the Subclavius and Pectoralis Minor linked with the shoulder muscles

Cloacal reflexes - First energies to form at conception. Learn how to ground and calm energies.

Hormonal muscles - Adductors and Gluteus Maximus are associated with endometriosis, menstruation problems, fibroids, infertility and testes and prostate problems for men

Ankle/achilles heel/tendon balance – Peroneus, Gastrocnemius, Soleus and Anterior and Posterior Tibials. This ankles and achilles is highly susceptible to stress and the tendon can snap if adrenals are over stressed and not supported
